Geologists will tell you about 4.5 billion years old. This is not based on a single bit of carbon dating by the way. It can be calculated with dating uranium/lead ratios in granite. In solid granite and cannot be changed by rain in any way whatsoever. Also, rocks brought back from the moon tested with similiar dates. No rain on the moon.

Some people need to attend science classes a bit more often.

it was recreated 7000 years ago when G-D said "let there be light". how old was it before that time, is a guess for when salt water and rain water coverd the whole earth for 5 months . it messed up carbon dating , by making things appear older than what it is.
