How come they show people in the sleeping pills ads jumping up all fresh and ready to go, when actually....?

.......you wake up groggy and cranky and all you want to do is get back in the bed and sleep for another 8 hours?

I feel ya I try not to take them very often unfortunately last night was an ambien night and now after 75 cups of coffee I am waking up a bit it truly sucks and as for those commercials I like the people smiling when they are drifting off to sleep ya right I pass out with the light on and a book over my face a friend used to say don't take ambien unless you are in bed as you may not make it there lol

Sometimes I wonder what would happen if they actually did use truth in advertising. It's kind of like the Midol commercials. The women are all happy and laughing and running and jumping after taking Midol and you know in real life you'd never be seen doing anything of that nature during that week.

I never understood that myself. I've actually forgone the sleeping pills a few times because I know I'll wake up feeling worse than if I had stayed up.
