can I use yahoo id and send email by outlook?

NO!!! unless you pay for your yahoo email adress, yahoo only lets you use their online mail. You probably have the free yahoo version, yahoo makes it free because you are exposed to their ads, letting you use outlook would eliminate the ads, so yahoo couldnt let you do that. but i you start paying for your yahoo email, you sure can do this, and yahoo will tell you how as soon as you subscribe.
