Somebody "borrowed" my mower and brought it back not working... it seems as though one or more springs are missing from the throttle arm.
Does anyone have a diagram, clues, suggestions... please?

If you would tell us the model # someone would be glad to help you!

We don't even know if it is a rider or a push mower.

Get the engine number off the engine and go to outdoor distributors.com. They will have an exploded view of the engine and carb that show all the springs etc.
