A nice centerpeice fish could be an angel or one of the large common gouramis like a snakeskin or moonlight. Using that as a centerpiece and considering the 10 corys I would say that 18-20 lemons would do well. Without the centerpiece fish I would go 2 dozen easily, maybe as many as 30.

A nice centerpiece fish would be a Bala Shark, which grows to about 6 inches in captivity. I'm afraid that they might eat the lemon tetras if they are small enough. If you want to add Lemon Tetras without the Bala Shark, then a school of 7-10 would be fine. But if you want the Bala Shark without the tetras, then a school of 4 would be fine.

you could have a shoal of 6-7 lemon tetras in that tank.

for a centrepiece you could consider an angelfish, provided the tank has some height to it, or one of the larger gouramis such as the opaline, pearl or moonlight.
