I had sex with my boyfriend (I'm 17, he's 18), and he used latex condom. Well, we have water-based lubricant, but he also used the Virgin Coconut Oil (I know you might laugh because this is not really supposed to be on the bed part... and it sucks I smelled of coconuts) but, he found a bottle and used it to massage me, and he used this on my vagina, but I couldn't remember if inserted his fingers (with the oil).
I read that oil or oil-based lubricants cannot be used for latex condoms. They damage the latex part and lose its effectiveness? How does it actually "lose" the effectiveness? Like, does it put holes in the condoms?
I am really worried I might be pregnant after months.. We used condoms the whole time we had sex, and the only time we didn't was that when he was trying he insert his penis without condom but we decided not to..
I'm worried. Do you think I can get pregnant?
Oh yeah, additional information, it's my 1st-2nd day after my menstruation.

This is one of your least fertile times, so you're fine. It's petroleum based lubricants (like vasoline) that damage condoms. I don't know about oil based because they do make oil based sensual massage oils.

As little as sixty seconds' exposure of commercial latex condoms to mineral oil, a common component of hand lotions and other lubricants used during sexual intercourse, caused approximately 90% decrease in the strength of the condoms, as measured by their burst volumes in the standard ISO (International Standards Organization) Air Burst Test. Burst pressures were also reduced, although less dramatically. Lubricants such as Vaseline Intensive Care and Johnson's Baby Oil, each containing mineral oil, also affected condom integrity. Five min. exposure of condoms to glycerol, a frequent component of hand lotions and 'personal lubricants', did not significantly affect burst volume or pressure. Aqueous nonoxynol-9 spermicide did not affect either burst index.

Oil based lubricants break down latex. Basically they make latex weak which could mean there were tiny holes but also it would be more susceptible to breaking.
