K , so there is this chess compeition , a guy named tom (not real name) and me is interested. just because of tom is famous than me ( you know what i mean ) and the tacher just select him to the compeition.i know i have greater potential and skills than tom to take part in the compeition. i cant talk my heart out to the teacher.now i know why. its because of tom is getting all the attentions and in the class i am just a quiet , humble boy.Now , read the first paragraph again.

By attention I am assuming you mean positive attention. There are plenty of problem children that require constant negative attention. You are quiet and humble and a good student. You should do your best, all the time.
Some students will always get more attention than others. If you feel your teacher does not appreciate your talents, you should talk to your teacher after class.
If I were you, I would respectfully tell the teacher that you felt that you would have liked to be chosen for the chess competition. Perhaps you and other potential students could have squared off in a chess game, winner take all.
At least your teacher will know you are displeased and may give you consideration in the future.
