When I was working, it was 5:15am out of bed, 11:30pm into bed. Now that I am retired, it do not follow a set schedule or pattern. Sometimes I stay up all night, sometimes I go to bed early. I usually get between 2 to 9 hours of sleep, it just varies a lot according to what my body needs.

I wake at 5:15 for work, and I try to be asleep by 11pm. Then, about once a month, I sleep for about 14 hours straight through. Did it this weekend. It was fantastic. Although my children destroyed my house whilst I was unconcious.
