Why can't I get rid of the anger I feel in my stomach whenever i remember about some thing my sister did to me about 6 years ago and she repeated it 3 years ago? Every time I remeber I feel angry and I end up argue with her and with my mum, on everything!!!

Thats exactly how i am. I havent found a way to get rid of it cause anger is just normal, well sometimes. And so umm yea what i did once was when we were on a vacation, i snuck out and went to the beach. THere was no one around. So I started yelling a lot of things. And when i was done i felt goooood. So yea try things like those or go to a boxing place. If u got a lot of anger then you will probably be a good boxer.

For myself anger is usually a secondary emotion, it comes from the fact that I am still deeply hurt, and in pain. Until the pain is healed I find it very difficult to let the anger go.
Whatever it was your sister did (twice), learn from it, do not put yourself in a position for her to hurt you in that way again. Forgive yourself for having trusted her, only to be betrayed.
Do not let this anger eat at you. By holding on to your anger you are actually allowing your sister to control you. You are still reacting to something she did, it gives her power over you. Make a decision and let go, be nice to yourself, anger is such an awful feeling.
The amount of negative engery this is costing you, is simply not worth it. Life has so much more to offer, look for positive things, it's just so much easier in the long run.

Channel the anger into something that will help you, like exercise. Remember that she has to wake up every morning, look in the mirror, and see someone who could do [whatever it was], while you don't.

Try to make a game with yourself of NOT mentioning it with your mother, or her, any more. Clearly that's only picking at scabs and not productive.

Do not put yourself in a position to have this happen again. You don't have to mention it; you don't have to "clear the air", but you do need to protect yourself.

See if you can find someone neutral (even a therapist, if possible) to work out how/why it happened, and how you react to it.

She chose her behavior, now YOU get to choose your reaction to it.

one good way to rid of your anger is to write about it in a journal or diary even if it means you rip it apart after you write it for fear that your sister will be nosy and read it.the Also a good way that will assist with the fiorst solution is to pray about it,and last but not least you can always work out at a gym or go running that way once you can get strong and woop her *** when she does whatever she did a 3rd time lol.trust me i know i have a sister i cant stand.

Get a punching bag, put your sisters picture on it, and just punch all of your anger out. Exercising is a good way of relieving stress and anger and you'll usually feel much more relaxed afterwards.

u have to forgive her, and talk about it with her, let her know what she does bothers u and u wish she would stop doing it.
