I'd have to say that the list is lackin first of all.
But in regards to the people in the list:
1. Bret Hart-- the guy was a technical genius, and he we the first to stand up to the boss.
2. Chris Benoit-- He was always underated. Strong and a great performer.
3. Eddie Gurrero- not in the twilight of his carrer, But when he was just a wrestler, not the token Mexican wrestler. He was a great act.. Can you say Frog splash. ?
And how are you not gonna have the greats like Mr. Perfect, Ric Flair, and and the Von Eric's ??

Stupid question...and no, you don't have the greatest wrestler on your list...Stone Cold Steve Austin or the Undertaker would be the best in history...Hell, even someone who doesn't know much about wrestling knows that the most popular one ever is Hulk Hogan...

Out of that list, I would say a tie between Owen and Bret Hart. I dont see Austin up there so, that is my vote! Love Benoit too!
