Ok here's what's going on! I HAVE to study until midnight tonight for a math test for some reason (that is not necessary to mention). I repeat, I HAVE to study until midnight, so don't tell me you shouldn't and you're going to fail yada yada yada.... And I have to wake up tomorrow at 7 am and my test is during the first period! What should I do? How can I take my test tomorrow without feeling tired? 7 hours of sleep won't be enough right? So what should I do or eat to stay productive during the test? PLEASE help, it is the last math test this year (excluding the finals)! So what do you suggest?

Thanks in advance... I have to go study now I'll check for the answers shortly!

well 7 hours is plenty of sleep for a high schooler... but if u feel it is not enough then when u wake up take a cool shower. and wash your face..
then eat a normal breakfast... try not to eat or drink too much caffeine because it can have a reverse effect if you are stressed...and it can make you jumpy and make your heart race and u can have a whole other mess of problems...
its really not smart to cram like that
you should have been studying over time
make sure you take periodic breaks and take a walk outside and breathe fresh air...

but as for waking up... im sure if u are that nervous about it.. you will have no problems waking up...

just take a breather ever so often... watch a tv show for a half hour... DONT CRAM!!!
take it from a college student... cramming=failing..
you make yourself so crazy and forget important things!

You don't want anyone to tell you what you already know. There's no way to take the test tomorrow without feeling tired. If you take any kind of drug you may FEEL energetic, but it will affect your ability to think and the result will be the same. Go to bed early. You should know enough by now to pass the test. If you haven't studied all semester, it's too late to start now.

When you wake up in the morning, grab a granola bar or drink a glass of juice or something. Or just get coffee on your way out.
