This is a big question. I am going out on a limb here, but I would say most likey the salary of the D1-AA non scholarship schools like Davidson and Jacksonville University head coaches range from about $85,000 to about $100,000. The top schools like Youngstown and Georgia Southern may pull in around $250,000 to around $400,000.

The best IAA team is Appalachian State...They've won the national championship 2 years in a row...Head Coach Jerry Moore makes $100,000 a year...(base salary)...
