Do you have to have money to visit a doctor? Bloody hell, what do you do if you are really ill, just die? I take it you are in America? Surely there must be a doctor you can visit?

Since the first day of your last period was on the 23rd of april, your fertile week started on the 30th of april. Your flow should have started on the 22nd this month, but I assume it hasn't arrived yet because you posted this question. So, since the 30th of april was the beginning of your fertile week and you had sex on that day, you could possibly be pregnant. Sperm can last outside of a man's body and inside a woman's vagina for up to a week. Even though both tests were negative, you need to see a doctor or go to a free clinic and have a blood test. It could be too early to tell though, so I suggest to take a few more tests, then wait maybe 7-10 days then go to a clinic if by that time, you still have not gotten your period.
And the lump on the left side of your vagina is most likely a bartholyn cyst, which is where the gland is blocked and full of the fluid the vagina secretes to keep it lubricated. If you press it lightly on the bottom of the lump, a slightly thick greenish/whitish fluid will come out. It will have a slight metallicy smell to it, but there's nothing to be alarmed about with those-they are very common in women-especially on the left side. If you take a q-tip and dip it in some hydrogen peroxide and dab it on the area twice a day, it will go away within 2-3 days. If it becomes overly uncomfortable, then maybe you should see a gyno.

A visit to a doctor would be your best option. But remember also that as you get older your body changes, so a few days late could be your new routine. But do see a doctor to ease your mind. Or maybe phone a Family Planning clinic, or whatever they're called these days.

You just might be pregnant. As for the bump - I do not know . You need to find a way to see a doctor. If you are pregnant prenatal care is very, very important. consider going to a clinic - it is better then nothing.

It all sounds exciting, you should go to the doctor for a pregnancy test.
However, that lump sounds a little worrying, if I were you I would get it checked out.

You should definitely go to the health department and get checked for an STD. You can make payments.
