Any sophisticated, olden-times surnames and names?

Question

Do any of you out there have any ideas for surnames or names? It has to sound money-ish, give the impression of an aristocrat and be VERY sophisticated. It doesn't have to be a real name or surname, but it must match the criteria above and also sound like something in the olden times, but not too old. Names and surnames can be separate and when they are put together, must have a nice ring to it. Include the genders of the names, please. Remember, it does not have to be real names and surnames, made-up ones are fine. Um, and, please don't give me a website for names. I need suggestions. I need them for a game [character name]. jehen - they sound very modern and stuck-up, no offence. I'm looking for something more refined and exotic, like Revoire, but my bro stole that idea from me. Something made-up would be fine. Names like Ilithien, as in kinda royal-ly names are good.
