As someone who has been sexually assaulted I really find your question an abomination.
Rape or sexual assault isn't ABOUT SEX, it's about power, control and humilitiaton. Castrating a rapist or sexual offender does nothing to stop the urge, since it's not about sex. It's about power and control and humilitiation . Nobody in their right mind wants to be ' nice' to a sexual predator, rapist or pedafile.

Well is it just for revenge that your castrating a rapist or to fix society by nuetering. Rapists rape people for psychological reasons, its a power thing, so they could still sexually assault people using there other parts of their body dildos ot other harmful objects. Moreover who knows what psychological affect castration might have on a rapist it could make them want to rape people more.
So in conclusion rapists should keep their "parts" becuase its a superficial solution to a social and psychological problem, moreso than simple imprisonment. OR its just a rabid attempt at revenge which wont resolve any issues and may simply aggravate the problem of societal scale

Okay, well let's define "rape" by judicial standards. If a 17 year old boy has sex with his 16 year old girlfriend, it is still rape even though it is consensual. Should we mutilate him for that. There's a difference between supporting a criminal and letting them "keep their parts". If we are going to emasculate rapists, why don't we just burn the Constitution?

Same reason we don't "Stone to death" people who commit adultery.
I agree with you that the Western "Correctional Facilities" are more harmful than good. It does seem that prison has lost its bite with Paris, Martha Steward, and other celebrities going there. Further, the prisons seem to be a festering Petri dish that breeds more criminals, and hardens them further (Movie, Shaw shank Redemption by S. King) ...
Then there's the psychologists who are overly empathetic and cuddle the criminal ... what happened in your childhood? Okay, sexual disorders are a sickness ... but I'm sick of seeing the "Free Pass" of hiding them, putting them with more criminals to teach each other new tricks, and then releasing them into society ... but IDK of any other solution that could possibly help ... really, I'm not for mutilation, but still crying for a better way to deal with these deviants.

The rapists body parts are not a part of the bigger picture; you cut them off and he'll just use his hands. Do you understand what I am getting at? The same message will be playing in his brain over and over and over and over he will be obeying that message, until something is done about the message.

The problem is in the mind of the offender, not his or her genitals.
Mutilating his/her genitals is a babaric practice not fit for civilised society and still fails to solve the problem which exists in the mind of the offender.

Because in American society we don't do barbaric things like that. Instead we put them through the revolving door prison system so they get a second chance to repeat their crimes.

In my humble opinion, they SHOULD go to jail. And rot. If you ask me, it should be a life sentence to make them suffer forever! But, if they want to, they can electrify them. Yet if this sicko was a suicidal then you can't call that a punishment, given the situation. So, life sentence is the way to go!

Because of the high number of false reports filed. What are you going to do if years later it turns out he did not commit the crime ? reattatch them after you put them on ice ?
Also it is a barbaric procedure just like hacking off the hands of a thief.
To conclude Id like to raise awarness on the high number of false rape reports filed each year which ruin the reputation of respectabel men and land numerous innocent men in jail.
