I know the American Civil War is reenacted all the time. Which I think is rather funny. I was wondering if there is any other war anywhere else on the globe that is reenacted; and if so, is it to the degree of the American Civil War? I do not understand why a country would be so enthused about its civil war.

@ JwJeeper... I think the reenactment is funny; not the wars themselves.

Well, at least we only had one civil war. Some countries have dozens.

Generally, people like to keep history alive in that sense. I don't think other countries seem to care as much, and that's a sad thing.

another we "reenact". They both were fought for the freedoms
you now "laugh at. You are lower than "whale dodo" at the
bottom of the deepest ocean.
