It just isn't right. They think they sound soooooooo cool when they say "I axed dis hoe.." No, excuse-moi, you ASKED the WOMAN.
What's more, I think that many black people would find that condecending.

How do you define what is talking black vs what is talking white? I do not and never will define myself in this way nor do I allow others to define me therefore I think the proper term would be using excessive slang vs speaking common English. If you would like to attribute black people as using excessive slang in general I would have to agree with you under the condition that you recognize that there are always exceptions to the rule.
Speech has nothing to do with race. If it did then all blacks no matter how well educated they are, would speak the same. That is obviously faulty logic. The question is why would you want to use excessive slang as part of your normal speech patterns I do not know.

That is a stereotype!!!! I guess "Black" people shouldn't talk "White" either? If you grow up in certain area's you tend to have an accent. Some people do it intentionally but they should not be looked down upon because they talk "Black" or "White"

dodgy ground : Question presupposes a certain speech pattern of black people and one of your answerers is straight in there with examples of white people speaking in an unintelligent ungrammatical patois or argot slang language.
question is actually therefore racist, and more importantly an incitement to racism.
Oh dear for your 'little funny'.

Maybe that's just how they talk and it happens to sound like a white version of the way black people talk. Or Maybe they just think it's cool, it does sound stupid on a white person though!

When she wants to appeal to the white women of her audience, Oprah Winfrey sounds more intonated, more *educated* and suddenly becomes more formal in her manner, speech and body language...
When Oprah is interviewing a woman like Queen Latifah, she goes into *ghetto sister* slang....

How do we talk? Did you mean to ask why do white people speak with improper English? Or do just all Black people fit into your stereotype?
Thanks for the 2 points, genius!

The ones I have met that do that, come across to me as having very low self esteem, or just lacking in manners.
