Selling a timeshare can be really tough. You will be lucky to sell it for half of what you bought it for. The Timeshare User's Group (tug2.net) has some information on how to sell a timeshare. I wish you the best. See these websites:

I don't understand what you're asking. Are you trying to sell? Prepare to eat your shorts Timeshares' resell value are generally very poor.

If you're asking how to get value for your vacation buck, then I might say, "Too late! You have a timeshare!" For the money you will spend annually in payments and fees, you could have traveled several times to a nice hotel or rented a house for a week without being tied down to the same place and time year after year.

I guess you can tell I'm not a big timeshare fan! But good luck!
