i used to be a sceptic but i keep having nightmares that come true, and sometimes i just say things, like silly scenarios then they happen...E.G- i was in london last week (where i know no-one!) and i said to my boyfriend, wouldnt it be mad if i saw someone i knew, i bet i will now, 10 mins later i saw my brothers old best mate from Ireland, who doesnt and never has lived in london, who was sat next to me on a bench! I also had a nightmare about my mums friends daughter, who i barely know, and havent talked about/to or seen in years, that she fell off a roof, i told my mum and later, she spoke to her friend, only to find she had been in a car crash the same night. Also when my aunt was ill in hospital, on the way to visit her one day, she had been there week, i started sweat and feel uneasy, i told my fam that i felt something bad had happened then unfortunately she passed away hours later. I know it sounds wishy washy but Its starting to freak me out! is it just coincidence or psycic?

I really believe that in our past the abilities that you describe were far more common but as we have become more accustomed to relying on technical intervention ie; clocks, tv, radio,pc's etc for all the information we assimilate into our knowledge we have abandoned our primative abilities to "read" natures signs and our inbuilt "senses".
Just by watching animals (even our domesticated pets) we can observe how intuative they are and how accurate they are at predicting events etc.
It is often said that spirits etc present themselves to children more readily than to adults...maybe this is because they have been less subjected to cultural influences in which these type of things are labelled in negative ways?
You sound as though you are very open to what many call the 6th sense abilities, often explained as intuition , these are nothing to be scared of ...in many cultures around the world you would actually be placed high in the social scheme!!!
Ultimately if you ignore the silly "hollywood" definition of how negative this ability is and live normally , just accepting these "insights" as a more intuned sense of your surroundings, nature and life!!!

Yes I believe in psychic ability. It does not relate solely to dead people. It is an ability to register things which most poeple cannot register, and can relate to many things. Some psychics can tell what is happening now with people who are alive. I have never had a psychic experience knowingly, except when 9/11 happened. As soon as I heard the news, I knew that the perpetrators were the American government, even before I heard anything about their story. Later research has proved that I was right.

The same thing happened to me last week ... Let me start off by saying that I am a military wife therefore I never get to sleep because I just freak out all the time with my husband being gone . Well one night I had to take a sleeping pill because I was so tired . well later on that night I had the worst dream ever I had military personnel at my door letting me know that something bad had happened to my hubby " it was a high profile mission "the dream was so real that I woke up crying my pillow was drench ! The next morning my hubby gets on-line to leave me a message saying that he is going on a high profile mission I almost crapped my pants .. But the mission is over and he is doing ok now !

"There are more things between heaven and earth than are dreamed of in your philosophy" at least that how I think the quote goes. Do I believe? Yes.
I too have "seen" things before they happened (but vaguely), have felt things were wrong before they did happen (to people I knew), and have felt the pain of my mother's heart attack while she was having it miles away, but have no heart problem myself. When my husband said we should go straight to the hospital, I said the morning would be fine, as I knew she would not die. I even felt the pain of her broken leg three days before she broke it. When my Father rang to tell us Mum was in hospital I asked him if it was her left leg, around the ankle (that's where mine hurt), and IT WAS! After I would ring her up when she had been doing too much walking, because my leg would ache badly. She always agreed that hers was hurting too.
I've seen a house fire (smoke when going from one room to another) three days before 4 of my husband's family (living in another state) were hospitalized due to a house fire.
And once it saved my life. I "saw" my van being hit by a large double sand truck which failed to give way at a large round-about, forcing the van to roll several times in front of the truck. Later that same day I am approaching that same round-about and, having right of way, entered it only to see the double sand truck coming. I slowed down in the round-about, then slammed on the brakes as the truck DID RUN STRAIGHT THROUGH! If I hadn't had the "flash" before I would have been in front of the truck, and not here today.
Do I know what it is? No. Can I control it? Again no. Is it inherited? Yes, in my case. Mum has it, her mum had it, and my daughters have had flashes too.
One of my daughters had a dream her brakes failed, and the dream told her what she should do. Three weeks later her brakes do fail, and she knows how to slow and then stop her car, without brakes! The dream told her how to.

Yes. All the time I know the minute my daughter is about to phone me, someone will arrive shortly or that someone is ill. Once, in the middle of an in depth discussion at work, I turned and picked up the phone, rang my husband and I still don't know why. He answered his phone in tears - he'd just been told by the GP that he suspected leukaemia - later that day, tests completed, he was in hospital for emergency chemo. I hadn't even known he had a GPs appointment. The poor colleague I had been talking to about stats was dumbfounded.

Yes I do believe in psychic ability. Read out my question in my profile. Same scenario like you. At one point in a day I have this vision of my friend and later they walk pass me and this happens a lot of time. And sometime when I dream I have those vision again and come the next day, they appear in front of me just like that. And sometime at a certain time of a day I get this feeling of awkwardness or something uncomfortable and the next day something terrible happens at the time I have that awkward feeling. And lately couple days ago I told my friend I was feeling a bit mellow and emo and stuff and later I checked my horoscope in friendster and it states that im in a mellow socializing mood. Freaky huh.

It doesn't matter what others believe. Your experiences are valid proof for you. It is known that everybody has some psychic abilities, but very few people dedicate time and effort to develop these gifts. Similarly, many people can walk and run, but only a few choose to train for Olympics and even fewer gets the medals. I hope this helps.

I believe in psychic abilities. I too have had things very similar happen. My family gets so freaked out by my Grandma, because she seems to display a lot of psychic abilities. We use to say she was a witch lol....
