Get off it. Who thinks ANY commercial broadcasting corporation is unbiased, or any public or non profit broadcasting entity is ? Do you honestly believe this.
I guess the advetrtising sponsors don't want them to give Cindy air time. Does the market respond to Sheehan ? Will the audience care, or buy the products that provide the revenue that pays for the network and local stations?
She is not going to sell commercials and help the market share during the sweeps, My guess is this won't be a leading story anywhere in the US, Certainly the lowest common denominator that watchs anything from Sunday swamp buggy races to American Idol won't care either.
Of course they are biased.

BIASED. THE WORD IS BIASED.
BIAS IS A NOUN OR A VERB.
BIASED IS AN ADJECTIVE.
Sorry for yelling but this has to be the second most frequent spelling mistake on the internet, after "seperate" (sic).
Now, what news about Cindy Sheehan are you talking about?

Whatever your politics, I purely don't understand how any of you who have answered here can still be going after Cindy Sheehan who was dealing with the death of her son and the feeling that she was to blame for not keeping him safe from the military life. Until you have experienced this sort of loss you have no business criticizing whatever means she has taken to deal with her loss. Shut up.

In her blog, she wrote:
"I have invested everything I have into trying to bring peace with justice to a country that wants neither."

Agree or disagree, here are some items to consider:
She is the grieving mother of a soldier who was killed in combat. Her son had guts and fought for our nation; Ms. Sheehan has guts to grieve publicly and to withstand untold abuse from a nation that includes not only the parents of others who do, indeed, sacrifice for our country, but also a nation that has produced hatred for anyone who exercises their right to protest.
She sought "justice," she sought peace with honor, and in the process, she was made a lightening rod for the divisiveness that the war in Iraq has caused.
I can't say that I've actually supported her, but I do admire her strength and courage. And, despite what you or other detractors may say, she is an exemplary American all the same, for exercising her right to free speech and protest.
Good luck to her. God bless her.

Have some respect they are in morning right now. Let them grieve and after a time I am sure will have week long specials about Cindy.
They will miss her.
