I live in Va and traveled to M.B. Va Beach but I am looking for a good family vacation beach to visit in August. My kids are teens. Any suggestions?

I love Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Plus it is only 30 min. away from Myrtle Beach just incase you wanted to go back down there. Also, anywhere along the Outer Banks of NC are beautiful.

It's a bit of a trip, but Daytona Beach, Miami Beach, Florida is full of them.

Cocoa Beach in Florida is nice. It is close enough to Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World... and the Kennedy Space Center that you could have a really nice and adventourous vacation!
