Great question! There are probably tons of pairings that I don't know about, but the Cowboys in the late 70s had Dan Reeves as the OC and Mike Ditka as the DC. Ditka went on to coach one of the greatest teams of all time--the 1985 Bears, while Reeves went to four Super Bowls (didn't win any) with the Broncos and Falcons. I'm sure some of the 80s/90s 49er teams had some good ones as a ton of their coaches have gone on to successful NFL careers. I just can't remember the pairings for them.

Charlie Weis and Romeo Crennel in New England...Obviously, they are not there anymore, but they built the Patriots into the best team in the NFL...

Considering what the Patriots have done over the past 6 years, I would say whoever they have. Obviously I'm not a Pats fan, but they have been awesome.
