I know AGP cards use different volts so I need to know the voltage of the card.

AGP 8X is 0.8 volts:

There is some doubt whether it will run at he higher volts for AGP 4X

If your motherboard supports 8X AGP, that card will work. There is NO 8X AGP card that uses 3.3V. That voltage is only for old 1X or 2X AGP cards.
