I don´t know what you mean with after effects, because the only thing that will happen is that you will loose your virginity.
Normally guys feel very well after the first time they had sex, as they don´t feel like a boy anymore... it´s something psychological. They feel like men afterwards.
There is one big risk: Sexual diseases, as prostitutes have many clients. But this risk is very easy to avoid, just use a condom and there won´t be any problems.
Although some people say it isn´t safe - it is safe!!

Don't do that.
1.There is no 100% guaranteed method to protect yourself against sexually transmitted diseases.
2.India has one of the highest rates of INCREASING positive HIV infected population.
3.What would your mom and dad think of it?
4. Do you think nobody will know? Your reputation might be ruined.
5. One who does once, does twice, thrice and there is no end.
6. What about values, self-respect, religion?
7. What your future wife would think of it?
Better to cool down and get yourself married to a nice girl.

It could totally destroy your physical health if your mate have a disease & it could also affect your mental health.
So, refrain doing that kind of practice before it's too late. You have still time to regain your health and live a normal life.
Think your future & your family as well so that you will be motivated & be inspired.

problems you might face and aftereffects:
-HIV (it is real. your country has tons of cases already)
-AIDS (full-blown HIV)--both eat up your body's immune
system, giving you slow and painful death.
-other Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) like: Syphillis, Gonnoreah and Venereal Disease
-Unwanted pregancy for the girl
-you will be addicted to sex. Sex is good --but only with your wife. this has practical reasons based on the first 2 reasons.
-as men, we need to control our urges. cheer up, we can!
only dogs do whatever their insticts tell them to do.
try sports and hobbies to channel your energies---until you are married. Good luck!

Q back: Why the he** would you want to pay and have sex? That is sick! There's lot of reasons why you shouldn't. If you're paying, that means they're hookers. STD, AIDS, and lots of more that you can get... what if their pimp beats you up? What if you get caught by the police? What if she takes more than just her fee? u will have aids 4 sure 4 that decision..STDs...many diseases..internal..if you dnt mind..many people now is facing that diseases i have mentioned...because of many patners and different pipol in sex..u should also save money..my advice is u must dnt do that mess thing..because life cant buy..dnt b angry to me..im not kidding im just giving u advices and telling u the problems that u will face and aftereefects that will come to ur lyf...teecee!!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, are bhai why are you sooo desperate for that. get a GF enjoy your life and when both of you are ready do it but proctected. it is totaly normal to have high urge for sex at this age but when the things are done in a good manner you enjoy it more.
