literally it means "No toques mis zapatos Nuevos"
it could also be " no te pongas mis zapatos nuevos" (not literally)

I agree with Graham. In Spanish as opposed to English, the tendency is to use the pronoun instead of the possessive.
So, even though understood and grammatically correct, "no toques MIS zapatos nuevos" is not the normal way to say it.
The right sentence would be "No ME toques LOS zapatos nuevos".

It's "No toques mis zapatos nuevos"
in Spanish the adjective use to be after the noun, and shoes is plural and masculine, so the adjective is 'nuevos'
