The requirements for change of profession in your residence permit (iqamah) in KSA are the followings:
- A degree certificate for the related position, attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- A no objection letter from your present employer/sponsor, attested by the Chamber of Commerce.
- Fee SR 1000.
p.s. many administration positions in the Kingdom are reserved only for Saudis as part of their localization program. I believe only the professional categories can be changed according to the current designations.
Authentication by MFA and Saudi embassy/consulate from the country of origin are the pre-requisites for further attestation of educational certificate from KSA.
