what i mean when i ask about viva is when someone calls you viva whats the meaning and implication.

"viva" literally means "May he/she live" in Spanish, (it's also the same in Portuguese and Italian), and is generally used when we would say "Long live..." in English.

¡Viva el rey! - Long live the King!
¡Viva España! Long live Spain! - Up with Spain!
(Note how Spanish has an upside-down exclamation mark (¡) at the beginning of the sentence as well as the end!)

"Viva" also means "alive" when talking about a woman or female being.

They may be calling you "clever", but if "viva" is included in "estás de viva" means that you are trying to abuse with regards of what you are allowed to do or think.

you are viva or muy viva

they means that you are a very lively, active, quick-witted
