God is genderless. God does not have a form that resembles ours- but is merely referred to as having equivalent parts to ours to enable us to have some understanding of the events. After all- he is omniscient, omnipresent and omnipotnt- it would be silly to try and limit him in form etc when he could merely change it at will if he had a form (which he does not).

In hebrew, the masculine is used as gender neutral (hebrew grammar does not have a gender neutral form- everything is either masculine or feminine) and thus the masculine form is used for God as that is the form as a default.

God is neither a He or a She. Firstly God is not an object. Nextly God is not a living creature like a human being or any other living creature. God is in everything and everything known and unknown are in God. it is like an atome or matter. matter is in space surrounded by space. Inside matter there are molecules and atoms. inside the atom also there is space between the nuclleus and the electron shell. This could be plasible explantion of God. if space inside the atom if surgically extracted, the earth will become the size of an orange with the same weight. God is the plenum in which there are knots called matter and life. Patterns change and a new form becomes visible. God is neither visble to the sensory organs nor mentally visible like what we see in dreams. Godliness is us. One has to realise it and be one with it. That is the only subjective purpose for existence. Know Thy Self..

Neither. God is above all these segregations of Man, woman etc. It is without any attributes. It is called Nirguna Brahman which is Infinite. When it creates universes then it is called Saguna Brahman. All the so called aspects of divine which we normally worship are all belonging to this catogory only.
Aum Purnam- adha Purnam- idam
Purnaat Purnam- udacyate,
Purnasya Purnam- aadaaya,
Purnam-eva-avashishyate.
Literal Translation:-
That is infinite,This is infinite;
From that infinite, this infinite comes,
From that infinite, this infinite removed or added;
infinite remains infinite.
We can also give a simple Translation:-
Brahman is limitless, Infinite number of universes come out
And go into the infinite Brahman,
Brahman remains infinite(unchanged).

Tat Twam Asi.
Our Soul and God are the same.
This is the highest Truth one realises after eons of search
by way of Meditations and service to God.

Therefore God or Brahman is beyond all kinds of classifications or description.
Hindu spiritualists have rightly portrayed God in the proper perspective.
It is extremely difficult to understand the concept of God. Mere intelegence or curiosity can never help one to understand it.
It is again said this way:-
Na Medhayaa Na Prajayaa
Dhanenaa, Thyaagenaike
Amrithathwam Aanasuh.
It means:-
Not by Intelect, not by Progeny, Not by Riches,
But by Renunciation alone can the Bliss of
Immortality be attained.

As a Saguna Brahman worship, one can worship God in any fashion he/she desires, such as a father, mother, friend or a child. This gives a sense of involment and personal participation for a devotee while praying.
Hinduism is highly democratic and permits every one the absolute liberty in following their own pattern of worshipping the Divine or Brahman.
The basic path of realising Brahman is Love and Compassion.

God is a form of Divine Energy / Concept , which is present everywhere and inside everyone of us. Hence God can not be confined under any gender. God can take any form as per the requirements.

Neither. God is an "it".

...or, if you prefer, both sexes. Or even "all" sexes.

God doesn't have a body, so has no gender. I know, I know, the next question you'll ask is why are all the Jewish/Christian/Islamic religions into calling God "him"? Well.... They had to pick something because "it" sounded weird, I guess. So they went with "him" because men had more power than the women did. So if you have a higher deity, of course you'd want it to be even more powerful than you. And they wouldn't have wanted it to be a "she" if the top dogs were guys.

GOD is term given for the form of visualization or imagination in the minds of maharshi's. Vishnu is a God.
Vishnu is also described in the Bhagavad Gita as having a 'Cosmic Form' which is beyond the ordinary limits of human sense perception.

A supreme power who takes care of everything in this universe is termed as GOD.

We can conclude GOD as "He" if GOD is exihibiting fatherhood characteristics running reproduction cycle.

We can conclude GOD as "She" if GOD is nourishing and and feeding every creature by exihibiting motherhood characteristics.

How can the Limitless be visualized? Any description will limit That.

If one goes on with the investigation one ends up with a startling conclusion that God is Nothing. That is nothing describable.

Because anything describable is limited by the description.

So one is left with the understanding that It is pure Awareness, pure Being.

It cannot be appreciated. Just Be.

We are a man or woman by our bodies. We as souls are sexless beings. And God by the Vedas is " Kartum akartum anyatha kartum". He can be what He likes to be.

Both and neither. The divine has both male and female aspects and is also beyond what we know as gender. Reproduction isn't the same in the higher dimensions.
