God doesn't have a form. He has taken the form of "Him" because we are weak to perceive Him. He does not need a gender.

Genders were created by Him through us. He created us and we developed the need of the others which eventually made Adam seek another creature like him so not to be alone and with Eve the basis of society and the creation of genders ware finally done. With society came the first problems, braking natural laws (the apple of knowledge), war (Cane and Abel), and physical and spiritual mortality.

This is similar to the above answer. The word "He" is used when referring to Allah out of respect, dignity and high status. It would be totally inappropriate to use the word "it" and would not convey the proper understanding of Allah being who Allah is; Alive, Compassionate, Forgiving, Patient, Loving, etc. It is not correct to associate the word "He" with gender, as this would be comparing Allah to the creation, something totally against the teaching of Quran.

No, he does not, just as the angels in heaven have no gender. They are all spirit creatures. No male or female. The term M/F is a human word.

We know that God is a spiritual being, and does not possess physical characteristics. This does not limit, however, how God may choose to reveal Himself to mankind. there is clearly a consistent pattern of His being referred to with masculine titles, nouns, and pronouns. While God is not a man, but is a Spirit, He chose a masculine form in order to reveal Himself to mankind. Likewise, Jesus Christ, who is constantly referred to with masculine titles, nouns, and pronouns, took a male form while He walked on the earth.
