Can I switch units and my expiration time from my current trac phone to a new trac phone?

I'd like to buy a new tracfone but my current one holds over 200 units and does not need to be renewed until October. If I purchase a new phone, is there a way to switch all over to the new phone?

I don't have a sims card. Now what?

If the TracFone you're using uses SIM cards, and the other one does, you should be able to swtich out the SIM's.
