This can be explained in many ways... let me explain it how I understood it, when this question came to my mind
First question is ---Is there really something called "Wrong" ?
What we perceive as wrong may be preparation for coming "Right"
Our mind perceives right and wrong as per its conditioning due to its environments and lessons and past experiences.
There is no absolute wrong in the world.... what i feel is wrong today may be correct tomorrow.
God is taking us towards perfection...and to perfect us he has to give us pains and sufferings to enable us to understand the joy which is waiting for us.
Like a black-smith takes a dirty iron piece, heats it up...hammer it fiercely...puts it in cold water and then again puts it in fire.....and this "Tyranny" continues till the dirty iron has become a beautiful tool
Now from the perspective of the iron--- the iron may think... how cruel is this black-smith ? why he is doing this to me ? he puts me in fire... beats me and then makes me happy by putting me in cold water....but again he re-starts ?
The raw iron piece does not know how beautiful and useful tool he is going to become....and the fire and the hammering is not tyranny...but necessary to give it the correct shape
Isnt God doing the same thing with us ??

"Bhagavan ki marzi ke bina ek patta bhi nahi hil sakta"?
this is not like that god is responsible totally what is happening with u i.e. it may be good or bad.
for this consider one example-
if u got 1 st rank with 90%, then god is 1% responsible for 1st rank not for 90%. For 90% ur efforts are responsible. bcz part of luck is with god
in the same way if u got the result fail then god is 0% responsible. In this case u r totally responsible..........
but many times in life there is part of luck, in this case yr quote is true

This is the general statement, which is used whenever we are not able to do anything.
Actually we can compare the concept of the Mother and the Child for the Paramatma and Atma.
Although the mother is responsible for the child, whenever the child falls due to mistake, the child feels the pain and tries to correct, in future. Similarly whenever we fall in life due to our mistake, we feel / realize the pain and correct ourselves for better future.
God forms a set of rules and regulations and gives certain freedom and some responsibilities and this is where the Karma theory comes in to picture.
As per this Karma theory, if we do good, good will come back to us in this very life or the next. Similar thing happens for bad things also. In the meanwhile, the good and the bad try to compensate for each other for the plus and minus points earned out of the type of deeds.

Yes. Given the premise:"Bhagavan ki marzi ke bina....." , the other conclusion is inevitable. If that is uncomfortable it is the premise that requires a re-look.
God is not This or That. God just IS.
Right or wrong for whom? For the limited egos.

It is just a rural saying and as well as truth. We should not take it literally. This means God is everything and we can not achieve anything in life and also survive. So we should have faith in God and pray him for anything. The atheists are Happy and they amaze money and do all sort of wrong things. God will not stop this and they will get the Pahl (fruit-result) in this life (janma) or next one.
So the teaching of this line is we should look for Gods grace not only when we are in trouble or when ever we want something, but always...

Yes,what you have stated is true,it is the will of God ,without His will even a leaf will not move. You can see His will everywhere ,the barren land blooming after rains, grains in the fields, life, death, joy and sorrow, all this is His will. The only problem is that man then tends to do wrong and blame God for it.If some misfortune falls on him then he blames God for it ,he does not accept his own mistakes, but when good fortune befalls then he is proud and forgets God.Hence any calamity and diseases is Gods way of guiding you to the right path.Life without suffering is no life, its boring, its only when you suffer and then fight it out with Gods help overcome them then you find the true meaning of life. Believe in God,pray to Him for help but dont just sit and curse fate,He wants you to succeed.Work hard and you will get your reward from Him.Remember: " God helps those who help themselves."

In the role of the supersoul (Paramatma) in the heart along with the living entity (jiva), the Lord is impartial and is acting as the witness (upadrista) and only when he sanctions (anumanta), does the activity happens. The desire of good or bad is that of the living entity and if the Lord does not sanction, living entity does not have the power to achieve it without being sanctioned by the Lord. The desire is that of the jiva and the Lord is not responsible for that who is impartial and just awards the results of their activities.

God takes responsibility ONLY IF U SAY BEFORE DOING ANYTHING "God u r the doer" in whatever u do. And if u say that u r the doer then u r responsible. If u utter " god is the doer" then he will see to it that no harm comes to u. But remember u r to say it before u start a deed or utter any word. Experiment it and feed back the result.

bhagwan ki marji ke bagair patta bhi nahin hil sakta . yeh to sach hai because of
1. Bhagwan sare sansar ko apni yogmaya se dharan kiye hue hain
2 . the rules of the cause and effects are programmed and only the Lord can change them.because he is only the single identity who is having intelligence to design the rules of the whole universe.because he only knows the whole universe .
right and wrong for this world are relative , it may be right in Lord's opinion but may be wrong in our opinion.
or something may be right in my opinion but may be wrong in your opinion.
the absolute wrong have been choosen by us only because it is our wish that we are seperated from the Lord or we asked for the free will from the Lord.

every act needs energy and every act is done with some cause.
God is the only center of all type of energy in universe
and cause is a result of a eternal process of creation.any act done by any person is done with any expectation and this expectation makes responsible for the result to that person.if any act done without any expectation than only god will be responsible
