I curse a lot. Its how I time the 5 seconds I have to pick the food up before its officially contaminated by the floor.

I usually just curse...if its something that I have worked really hard on or took a lot of time and can't start over...I would just curse even louder and I'm sure I'd cry too!

I get extremely upset when I drop food. It's an irrational rage. I am unable to eat the food I didn't drop because I get so angry.

I don't know why.

at home i normally pick it up and keep on truckin'! i know the cleanliness of my floors. if you think that is horrible, don't ever work in a restaurant. you wouldn't want to know half the stuff that goes on in kitchens.
