I think most men would like that, however they don't expect it.

YES. Most men around the world wish the women would make the first move. Men have been making the first move for a loooooong time. Now we wish the women would step up once in a while. During a relationship the woman usually tells the man what she wants. Why not do it before the relationship also? Yes men would love it if the woman made the first move.

No, in many parts of the world it could be dangerous, especially in Islamic countries.
If a woman makes a move on a man, it could be considered offensive for many reasons.
Even in more progressive countries, there are men who may feel uncomfortable with a woman making a move on them. Whether a man or a woman makes a move on the other, discretion is always appropriate.
If you are trolling in a bar, chances are, the come on would be welcomed.
So worldwide, probably more men would welcome the come on than not. But it is certainly not a given.

Generally I think men would like you woman to make the first move simpley because we don't want to feel like we're overstepping our bounds. It's a fact most woman can be hard to read. Sure she may be snuggling close to you, looking you in your eyes, and your gut is telling you to kiss her, but what happens if you do and she rejects you? That's what a lot of guys like myself feel.
We don't want to feel like we've ruined a perfect moment, or possibley something that could have been special both in the short term and long term.
We want to know that how you feel. Are you ready? Yes? Lean and do it, let him know it's time. You're not ready? Then try like hell not to let him think you're ready or seconds from being ready, but don't push him away. Basically cuddle, snuggle, whatever you want, just don't put your forehead on his and not expect him to think it's about to happen.
We do all the work to get to the that point, for the love of Pete, just let us know if we've done it right and not wait for us to make a move and not get one because he was waiting for the same thing! Then it gets akward and you both think the other just might not be as interested as you are, and poof, something awesome never happened.

I would say when a women make the first move, it makes it easier for the guy to make the next. Most guys are afraid of rejection and ridicule from friends when being "shot down".

Sometimes, it really depends. Some women just like men can be too aggresive, it should be mutual on both ends, you know like give and take. If a female were to approach me and she's a pain in the a...or if she seems really desperate i'll just pass her by.

personally i know i would like it because i am very shy and my friends also feel that they would like it to be like that because most men feel insecure even though they consider themselves playas and all but its just a matter that they don't know who they really are and it helps if someone gives them a hand in something that they feel they are not good at or feel they aren't experienced in
