I am on probation for criminal trespass and i missed a class i was told to go to but it was because it clashed with my work, do you think I will be violated. I also want to move out of state and i have to do it by the 15 of june is that possible. is there i a way that i can keep my PO from violating me it will be my first time if she does

call your PO see if something can be worked out. usually it can if it is work-related, and you aren't playing games.

Call the PO and make up the class. Show up for the class. Issue #1 resolved.

Issue #2 will take a lot more time and probably requires the help of the lawyer who defended you.

Most PO's only violate those who act like a--ho--s. If you are not one of those people, you have nothing to worry about as long as you communicate with your PO.

You need to learn to contact your PO BEFORE something like this happens. You knew you had the class, you knew you had to work, why didn't you talk to the PO beforehand and avoid the problem in the first place?

There is no way they will get the interstate paperwork done by June 15. Interstate probation transfers are a nightmare.
