Maybe it's just my cynicism, but I can't imagine a perfect world without crime, anger, etc. I mean, this is humans we're talking about right? I know it's in the Bible and everything, but.. still.

Yes, but not in a literal sense. And he's "coming" for everbody ... Christian or not ... people of faith or no faith .. everybody. But again ... "he" is not coming in a literal sense.

I am Muslim and nothing in Quran talked about the awaiting coming for Jesus. But in other teachings those said it was from the prophet Muhammed, PBUH, it was mentioned a long story about the coming back of Jesus Christ, BPUH,so as to join the Mahdi (awaiting leader of the world) in fighting against the Antichrist as well as to spread the peace all over the world.

Yes, and I can understand your scepticism, because I agree that mankind cannot accomplish a perfect world otherwise we would haveit already. But even though man can't bring about a perfect world without crime, anger, death sickness,violence and terrorism, but God can bring all this around, and he will(Revelation21:3,4)

Yes I believe in the second coming, I think you should read Lahaye's book "Kingdom Come" it describes what it could be like as far as heaven on earth

Maybe without the confusion of superstition society can come to a maturity of character that can allow peace and understanding to becaome the prevailing factors .
