First of all take a deep breath... Try doing this a few times.. I have a neighbour who is in fear of seeing a doctor or dentist. Even when the doctor gave her medicine prescription, to be taken a pill 3 times a day, she would just take half of the pill before sleep. The only thing that i could help her is to crushed it 1st then mix with a cup of water. As for seeing a doctor, i will accompany her thru out the procedure, Stand by her holding her hands. So what i suggest to you is to go with someone who you are comfortable with and About tranquiliser... try not look at it when your are given one. Concentrate on something else... like... play games on your hp or keep yourself busy talking to your companion... Hope this helps and do take care.

I feel you, been there done that and is not pretty, but you should overcome your fears of doctors and get some medical help. I was once in your shoes and was afraid of doctors, but one day I got one of the attacks in the middle of the night and ended up in the emergency room with oxygen and all kind of stuff. So go to the doctor pronto, they will help you, also when you star feeling like this try breathing slowly and close your eyes.
Hope you feel better and let us know how your visit to the doctor went.

I would get a paper bag. if you hyperventalate you will become very tied try not to panic, remember it is all in your head it may be physical but you are not crazy genrally people who have panic attacks can just assosiate something that is unknown to them they may not know why they panic, DO NOT TAKE DRUGS OR ALCOHOL this will not solve your problem but gain you more
I f you begin to hyperventalate take slow breaths in the bag.
You should close your eyes, think of a safe place somewhere relaxing somewhere peaceful or think of a person who has maybe calmed you down before. if you have had a panic attack before they can be very scary, and just the thourght that you think you will have a panic attack can bring on another panic attack. So tell yourself that you are calm that you are gong to controle that you will be relaxed, you may need to take yourself away from any situation you are in. try and sip water.
If you go doctors they may help you. tho if you go for a physical rather than mental problem, they may have you down for mental health issues and be difficult surrounding your physical, they may take one look at your history and put it down to that...sorry maybe I have not explained that too well
Some stigma still lise in mental health
Some people find a therapist useful, these panic attacks are temporary, although some can suffer from day in day out. it is a form of anxiety
Good luck

I also fear going to doctors, but I force myself to do it when needed. This is what you must do, too! Go see him and tell him how you feel! Don't sit there and pretend everything is fine. Tell him truthfully about your panic attack! He will help you!
The panic attack itself would be easy to control, with the medication available today. But then, you must let the doctors try to find out what is causing them! Once you find this out...whether it is something you are eating, or a memory from the past...you can work on getting over them.
Good luck! Now, be sure and get some medical help!

Hyperhidrosis can be caused by food allergies, or a mineral/vitamin deficiency. I had it for a long time before learning this.
Check out this article about hyperhidrosis, grains, and sugars. Scroll about halfway down the page.
http://www.mercola.com/2004/aug/14/excessive_sweating.htm
I had hyperhidrosis and other symptoms for many years and went through all the usual treatments including prescription drugs, antiperspirants, botox, ETS surgery. The surgery was most helpful but several years later hyperhidrosis began to return.
Years later I was diagnosed with a few food allergies. I eliminated wheat, dairy, and sugar from my diet. I stopped all prescriptions and began taking supplements for B vitamins and magnesium.

I understand, Love. Not long ago, I woke up with horrid panic attacks. I felt this energy, like electricity running into my gut and legs! It really hurt. I thought it would totally overwhelm me. It felt like I wouldn't be able to stand it, so I curled up in a ball and held myself very tightly, until it passed. But it kept returning, often waking me from a dead sleep. Finally, tired and feeling completely trapped, I decided to allow this energy to exit my body. I chose to let it pass through me and into the ground. At first, I didn't think I could stand it! It was so raw… so overwhelming and painful. But I made myself relax and allowed it to flow. It did finally pass and I felt Much better. It happened a couple more times, but with much less intensity. Now it doesn't happen at all.
If you want to try, then imagine this as an undesirable energy that truly exists in your body that you have control over. Imagine that you have roots that stretch into the earth’s healing core. Now imagine that this energy is draining from you like dirty water from a bathtub. Feel it flow out of your body. If it feels like it is overwhelmed, relax and took deep, slow breaths. If you need help because you cannot relax enough to imagine these things, then use an actual bath and ‘wash’ away this energy. Imagine it leaving your body and filling your bath water. Stay in the tub as it drains. Close your eyes and imagine that the dark energy is leaving with the water. Feel your body release and relax. It really works.
Next, try to do the same with your fears. They are controlling and hurting you. I also had such problems. I still fight with fear at times. I talk to myself now, telling myself that certain fears are irrational, or useless, since they serve no valuable purpose. Fear can be of use, but not when it impedes our lives. Good luck, Love. My heart is with you.

Get a grip on yourself, for goodness sake!! Firstly, if you are hyperventilating, simply breathe in and out of a paper bag for a few minutes, to balance your CO2 level. Now; calm down, and phone your doctor for an appointment. You cant go on feeling like this, and nobody can help unless you begin to help yourself. Be brave, and take that first step.

It does sound like you are having a panic attack, dont worry they always pass after a few minutes, just take a deep breath and relax. It really sounds liek you have anxiety, there are lots of people who struggle with anxiety, you are not alone, be strong and seek help, you will get better.

Is this a ploy for pleading insanity when you kill someone? It won't work. I don't like doctors either so I turn to my faith. God is there to protect you, it's the other guy that is trying to get to you. Don't let him. He has enough power in others, he doesn't need yours too. Get a grip! Get a life! And get some help before you hurt or kill someone.
