Basically is "Knowledge is of help to traditions/uses".

We can have different meanings since any of above words can be translated in various ways.

Scientia=science, knowledge, craftmanship, art, competence
Moribus= to ... scustoms, habits, morals, morality, moral conduct, manners, kind, mode, way, will, wish, law, norm, rule
Auxilio= (to) help
You can make combinations of these according to context but my opinion is that the most probable translation (as it looks like a motto) would be:
"Knowledge in help of morals"

Literally: "Knowledge in help to customs", ie, that knowledge may improve one's habits.

Note: Scientia = knowledge; moribus from mores = customs; auxilio from auxilium = help.
