If I do 20 minutes of cardio in the morning, and then do 20 more in the afternoon, and then do 10-15 minutes of strenghth training a little bit later. Is that good enouph for my 45-50 minutes a day of exercise? and How much calories should I eat? does anyone know where to find a calorie calculator that tells you how many calories you should eat for your height and weight and age. to lose 2 pounds a week? I dont want to try any pills. unless anyone really has tried them, and they actually work, and keep working afterwards. Because I dont want to do all that hard work, and gain it all back!...Thanks everyone that has tips. I really want to be healthier =(

Hmmmm.......
You're in fact following a very good strategy in doing exercise!
You break up your exercise and do it in 3 "instalments".....
See, exercise experts say that if you don't have the time, you don't have to exercise all at one go - you can break them up and the little break-ups still make up to, in your case, a near 60-mins of exercise!
This is because effects of exercise are cumulative. You do it in bits and pieces and it adds up at the end of the day and meets your targeted threshold.
That's a very smart move you made!. And it's enough exercise for a day, but try to do 3-4 times per week.
For a girl/woman, calorie intake should be around 1800 - 2000 calories per day. For a boy/man, calorie intake should be 2000- 2200 calories per day.
To effectively lose 1 lb of weight per week, you should expense/burn off 3,500 calories.
That means, you should burn off at least 500 calories per exercise (on per week basis, 500x7=3,500 calories) plus eating a healthy, weight loss, nutritious diet.
Don't trust in the diet pills, they don't work, believe me!
The tried and true method of weight loss is still a combination of exercise and eating a healthy, weight loss nutritious diet.

That is a tremendous amount of exercise to do each day, and recent studies have proven that 3x20mins exercise is much better for you than 1x60mins in a day. That said, it sounds to me like you're at the start of a program/weight-loss plan and I would question whether this intensity of training is sustainable in the long run (no pun intended!). It might be better to start into your program with maybe 2 sessions a day 3 times a week. That will be plenty for weight loss and you really don't need to worry too much about how much you are eating as long as you are predominantly eating well - not too much junk/alcohol etc. Good luck and keep up the good work and never, ever be tempted by pills - if they worked there wouldn't be so many overweight people in the world!
ps Don't even think about "cutting out carbs" if you're doing that much exercise. You're body needs a source of healthy carbs to give it energy - oats, brown bread/rice/pasta etc.
pps Chick below me - Men's Health April UK edition had the study on splitting your cardio session down into smaller more intense sessions. It excludes stretching/warm-up time but found your muscles work more effectively in shorter sessions...

no it is not enough exercise. it will be enough when u do all those exercieses at once - 1 hour a day. u start losing weight after your heart have been pumpatating for some period, so if u do 20+20 it means as soon as your heart starts working on full capacity u already finished exercise. and what is the point in doing stretching without your muscles being warm? u might injure them. u do stretching RIGHT AFTER the exercise
i really don't know where did this buddy above me read that shorter exercises are better, cos i am 8 years in bodybuilding and i regularly am reading all kind of exercising literature and internet sites, i have never stumbled on that research

Yes you're first-rate! You do not have to endeavor SO so much while your thirteen, so long as you're energetic and healthful. Sports are a high-quality approach to endeavor, considering that you'll be able to have a laugh at the same time staying in form. Most folks must endeavor approximately three-five occasions every week. Since volleyball goes to be four-five days for you, so long as you're operating rough and no longer simply status round, that's ample endeavor.

You should eat about 1500 to 1700 a day and your exercise it great. Don't completely cut out your carbs but cut back
Pills are bad because they cause your metabolism to slow when you get older and it also causes toxin to form in your body so stay away.
