Char grilled chicken, grape and sundried tomato mixed together with a dollop of mayo. Lovely.

Well today a had a wrap instead of a sandwich (are so over them lately) It had a layer of creamy ricotta cheese, shaved smoked ham, sundried tomatoes, sliced olives and lettuce. It was so YUMMY. I wanted more but I was at work! Boo Hoo.

Roast Beef with Shredded mozzarella, on wheat, toasted in oven
French Fried potatoes on Toasted French Bread with Brown gravy (Old Louisiana Favorite, Believe it or Not!)
Tuna on toasted wheat with bean sprouts
Fried smoked sausage on white bread with mustard

One of my favorites are white bread, miracle whip, sliced cucumbers, and tomato seasoned with salt and pepper.
Really yummy and refreshing!

But my favorite is English breakfast in a bun. Bacon,sausage,eggs,tomato's,mushroom, black pudding,hash brown WOW
