Hydrangea, they are different colors when they first start to bloom then change. But depending on where you live at depends on the color of the blooms. I lived in Tacoma, WA where there were lavender at maturity. Here in Galax, VA they are white or blue. Hope this helps.

That is most certainly a hydranga and here they naturally bloom white. But you can change teh acidity of the soil and change their color - so here, if you add lime to the soil, it will either turn a pinkish or a white, depending upon how much lime you put on it.
