Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.get2itnow.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

After a meal eat something with a lot of fiber in it. Don't eat large meals towards the end of the day, make ur biggest meal around lunch time. This is important because as your day slows down so does how many calories you burn--at night most people aren't as active as they are during the day.
But excercise! And I don't mean walk, walking never lost anyone a quick 35lbs, only really gives em nice legs. You need to sweat. I recommend taking up a sport that burns a lot of calories, that way you will stay interested and lose the weight.
Of all the sports a game called handball will burn the most. Court handball is basically raquetball, but with your hands. Its a lot harder. A 200lb male will burn 2445 calories in two hours playing handball. go to ushandball.org for more info. Check out online activity calorie counters for more info on sports than burn calories.

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. To learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. Cleansing was good for me. Good luck whatever you decide to do!

There is NO fad diet that will cut it in the long run. You need to start
eat 3 times a day
no snacking
don't eat anything after 9 pm
no soft drinks, including diet sodas (the syrup interrupts your brain's message that you are full)
drink LOTS of water
exercise 3 times a week for 60 minutes per workout. Walking will not do the trick. You need real cardio workouts, like aerobics or swimming.
Judge yourself by the mirror and not the scale.
Don't quit
Good luck!

cut down on the sweets (sugar), fats (fried foods), and unhealthy snacks. Exercise (start by walking or biking) until you can do some activity for at least 30 minutes a day. If you feel hungry in between meals, eat carrot sticks or a piece of fruit. Also practice portion control at meals (no seconds and no huge portions) but don't skip meals. The pounds will start falling off! Good Luck!

ooooh girl i have tons!
you can:
take soda completly out of your diet
( don't evn drink diet cause the splenda will kill you)
don't just focus on certain body parts to lose fat on cause thats not how it works you need to work on large muscles groups to get a better fat burn
sweets are okay in small portions don't eat a huge bowl of ice cream and still want more eat a little bit every once in awhile and you'll do fine
(i'm guilty of this 1 too) knowing the difference between being hungry and comfort eatting. i absolutly hate this 1 because i do it but you can't comfort eat.
excercise ALL the time whether it be tapping your fingers or foot but make sure you excercise EVERYDAY because if your like me i can't stick to a routine so if i don't do anything one day i'll put it off forever
I hope some of my tips helped you! i can't give too many because i'm a recovering anorexic and i'm trying to learn how to eat and excercise healthy too

Take your time. Smaller portions, more exercise. Make small permanent changes you can live with. Tailor your diet to your likes and dislikes - for example, I don't do well on Atkins because I hate eating tons of meat and eggs, but I do well on lower carb diets, with some whole grains and more vegetarian stuff. Oh, and plan in treats - and make them really good. Only splurge on something that is worth it.
And finally - expect to change slowly, lose slowly, if you want to keep the weight off.

I lost 43 pounds within 5 months and this is how i did it.I started a healthy low fat diet.No fried foods no fatty burgers or fries no pizza no cookies and no ice cream. When I went to Burger king/McDonald i I ordered a nice low fat grilled chicken sandwich with a healthy salad instead of a hamburger with fries. I started drinking lots of water and walking daily 2-4 miles (13-15 minutes a mile.I did strength training every other day.
Good Luck and get up and get moving you can do it!!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
