Lets say you are standing in the check out lane somewhere .. like wal-mart and you get this feeling you are being stared at. you look around and notice someone .. lets say two isles over is staring at you. so you say to yourself no biggie. but then you look back again at some point and they are still staring in your direction! don't that just creep you out?

some people said .. maybe they were just zonin' .. starin out into space ... I can tell when someones doin' that .. well because I'm a pro at it! .. lol I can be shy sometimes .. but usually I tend to consider myself a nice and outgoing person .. if you look at me or say hi .. I'll smile and say hi back ... thats unless you've been mean to me or something then I most likely won't .. I'd prolly just say hi and try n go about my biz .. lol

Yes, but you just have to say to yourself everytime that happens, "Maybe I'm just REALLY hot!!".

-No kidding, that's my way of blowing it off. Plus it boosts your self-esteem.

Nah not really...Because I'm the one who was staring at you in Wal-mart.. This should really be creepy, because now I'm replying to your question on yahoo. Next time I see you I will approach you and strike up a conversation. I'm really not that bad of a person. You remind me Angelina Jolie. At first when I was staring at you I thought I was having a star sighting but then I thought "wal-mart" why would Angelina be in wal-mart. So long till next time!

Wow.That did happen to me at wal-mart! haha. The first time he looked at me I just smiled, but as I walked away he turned his head and sort of followed me around a corner but just to stare. Then he started following me, and each time I happened to look his way (without knowing he was there) he would give me this perverted smile like he could see thru my clothes. I felt gross. I was ready to yell at him but I had finally lost him.

Ignore such characters and go your way. This happens to many people.

Ew yes! I hate that. It's very creepy. Hold eye contact with that person, especially if it's male. Make sure you know where he is in relation to you in that store. Watch yourself when you walk to your car or even ask the bagger to escort you if he's that creepy. If he is next to you in line strike up a conversation...that way if he is rapist or a mugger he'll know that you can identify him in a line-up and is less likely to attack.

Maybe they are trying to figure out where they know you from. Or they are staring into space.

YES!!!!!!!!! That's so creepy one time this really old nasty hill billy type guy said I could go in front of him and then after he was standing so close to my back side and wouldn't back off I tried to hurry as fast as I could. It was scary.

He was probably wondering why you kept turning and looking at him and has posted a similar question on Google Answers.
