No way--no safe way, that won't make you critically ill, at least. That is just a little over a month from now. You can lose weight safely just by:
eliminating:
soda, mayonnaise, fried foods, fast foods, desserts, sweets, too much bread/pasta/rice, cheese, hotdogs/sausage/bacon/lunchmeats,
gravies and sauces, etc.
-Make fruits, veggies, and salads your best friends.
-Eat tuna, and other fish (not fried, not with tartar sauce),
-small amounts of chicken, turkey, or pork--and not very often,
-non-fat yogurt,
-healthy cereals (Cheerios, Shredded Wheat, Oatmeal) with 1% or Skim milk,
-baked potatoes (no butter or gravy),
-juices, plenty of water, etc.
-Walk as far as you can each day--gradually increase distance
-Swimming and other activities (sports) are good
-Check out a book on Beginner's Yoga and/or Beginner's Aerobics from the library.
Eat 6 mini-meals, rather than 3 large ones per day. Snack on celery and carrot sticks, raisins, etc.
You will lose a bunch of weight by July 7th by doing this--and you will remain healthy. 100 pounds, though, that would be too much, too fast, and extremely bad for your health.

Well, sweetie, I don't want to discourage you because that's very ambitious of you to try to lose that much weight, but I have to tell you that your goal is not realistic. Sure, you can lose all of the weight, but not that fast. And if you did, it wouldn't be healthy.
Realistic, healthy weight loss would be about 1 - 2 lbs. a week. I know, it sound slow, but if you do it with diet and exercise, which is the only healthy way to do it, it should stay off permanently.
If you start restricting your calories reasonably (maybe 1500 daily), eating lots of fiber, drinking lots of water, and exercising NOW, you may be able to lose 10 - 15 lbs. by then.
Maybe you should start working now, set your sights on next year's tryouts, and just focus on doing it for yourself for now. Cheering or not, you should take care of yourself.
Good luck!

It is impossible for you to lose this mush weight in that amount of time. It is unhealthy to lose 100 pounds by that time. There are many types of weight lose programs out there. I would talk with your mom about this because it is best she could have you start eating healthy types of foods and having you have protion size meals would be best for you. Protion is the best thing in losing weight. Drinking lots of water and eating breakfest every morning helps alot because breakfest is the main meal it starts your metablizme. I would stop eating so much junk food if you do that. I have been in the same position at one point in time and I lost weight it took me awhile. Exercising like walking every day you could start walking a half mile every day and then going up in miles to put yourself in shape. You want to cheer it looks like well walking and running will help put you in shape. I would start walking so you body gets used to that first and then I would start running a little bit. Drink alot of water though stay away from drinking soda alot if your going to drink soda I would not drink diet because I learned this in a class it is not healthy for you well no soda is healthy for you but diet soda isn't the best for you. To keep the weight off you keep doing the same thing eat healthy and walk and run is the best way. The weight won't come off like that but it a few months you will see the difference. You probably will lose 1-2 pounds a week but that is healthy losing weight like this helps keep it off I have tried it and so has my mom. But I would talk to your mom about this. I hope I helped you a little.

Let's see... it's sort of almost June 7th, so that means that July 7th is pretty much a month away...
Well did you gain 100 pounds in a month? I bet you didn't. I bet that it took a few months, maybe a few years to gain that much.
Well, like it takes time to gain weight, it also takes time to loose weight.
It is not reasonable to loose that weight by July 7th.
But the good thing it you will feel a great sense of accomplishment every time you realize your pants are getting loose!
Loosing the weight and staying slender will require you to change your habits. You have to change what you do and what you eat. You have to develop a sense of responsibility, and recognize how you are responsible for your health.

the good news is - you realize you need to lose weight -
the bad news is - Rome was not built in a day
you need to set goals - one goal is to lose 2 (yeah - just two)
pounds a week - your body needs to 'catch up' with itself as you lose - so there are no quick fixes - BUT - that does not mean there is not a fix!
We want to eat whole foods - veggies - fruits - nuts - beans
and good meats - like fish
and stay out of the twinkies and donuts - it's amazing how
your taste will change - and in a month from now - when you want one - you'll taste it and go "yuck! - what crap!"
Walk 30 minutes a day - 5 min to warm up - 20 on the go - and
5 to cool down slower
And drink your water -
best of luck! you can do it ! so proud of you!

there is no safe way to do this.
Eat healthy, salads fresh, fruits chicken, limit the breads, to 2 slices a day. and for go the pop. drink water or iced tea. swimming is wonderful excercise, or walking. slow and easy 2-3 pounds a week and you will have the 100 pounds off in a year. which means you are likely to keep it off also. good luck

You can't lose 100 pounds by July 7th. But that is no reason to not get started now. Start jogging and eat the right things. Learn about nutrition and don't eat junk food and sodas.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

There is absolutely no healthy way to lose 100 lbs by that time... you have to work hard, and eat right over a period of time to be able to lose and keep off that kind of weight. It could take a year or more.... but make sure you keep it healthy!

There is no way that, that is possible, healthy or not healthy, without surgery. If your family has money than ask them to take to a plastic surgeon otherwise if you start now on a good healthy diet along with exercise you could possibly lose the weight in a year, if and only if you stick with it.
