16 and it was done by a really close friend of mine that had just started tattooing. I was smart enough to pass at that age or I probabally would have ended up with the matching pimp tattoos everyone else got.

Probably about 14 ... It was pathetic and huge and she ... just wasn't going down the road to earn respect. Dressed as inappropriately as having a tattoo that young is.

the youngest? 11 but it was because his brother was a tatoo artist and he ended up in jail for being underage ( what a gay law)
