Both is perfectly fine, but if you eat something else make sure it's healthy because you don't want to eat too much of something that isn't good for you.

Yes, I have heard Nutritionists and Doctors say that don’t eat anything after a certain time. Everyday for me my cut of time for eating meals or snacks that are not fruits or vegetables is 9:p.m. Oprah says 7.pm though. After that I will eat an apple, watermelon or an orange to take those midnight cravings away. I have that problem of wanting to eat late at night. I mean who really doesn’t and it’s really difficult to stop especially when you are on a diet. I also don't drink anything but water after that time. I found that when I did that two years ago it really helped me to lose weight and I lost 50Ibs by keeping that routine. I am now on my diet again and having started doing the same thing and I see the pounds dropping. They say when you eat 2-3 hours before your bedtime you gain weight because you body is not active and you are not burning those calories.

Drink lots of water when you are feeling hungry and you can never go wrong by eating fruits, but keep away from bananas. Doctors don’t recommend eating too many of them, they add weight.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.get2itnow.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

i was told that you can have a light snack. So if you don't eat to much of it then it is ok. :)
