Okay, so I am fifteen going on sixteen. In eigth grade A few girls were making fun of me about weight. I am five foot seven and a half inches. I currently weigh 134 pounds. My friends do not know that freshman year I went on a five month bulimic stint, until a teacher caught me. Since then I am better, but I am still obsessed with my weight. My question to you is I weigh 134 pounds, I want to weigh 121. How do I get there?

Oh sweetie I think your goal should be shooting to love yourself and not the numbers.

It is never the exterior but the interior. Remember that.

well 134 is not that much im 15 and weigh 170...(well i have weightlefted since 4th grade) but if you want ot lose weight make it funy if you spend time lisenining to music then listen to it wile jogging if you spend time watcxing tv do it wile sit ups just little things that dont take much effort if you want to lose it fast and will work ver hard to do so then eat nothing but celery it takes more calerius to digest it then it gives you, it loses you weight and go to the gyme with a bag of selery and stay there till it closees 10 20 of how ever meny to you gone in no time!

ok since i am a health buff, but i too am abit over myself, i shal give you the best i can offer you.
1.cadio. walk at least 30 min a day. or better a fifteen min jog in a normal week mon-fri.while excersising you build up your metabolism to burn more calories and fat.
2.diet-when you eat to lose wheight, don't starve your self.
! eat a normal breakfast and portion out your foods during lunch and dinner(about the size of you fist) .and stay away from sweets as much as possible.
3.supplements-ok fat burners are good but usless if you don't excersice you wont see much difference talk to you doctor about taking supplements. ok there is no fast way to lose weight.belimia can cause bone and tooth enamel decay and anerexia can lead to complications so eat right and excersise

There are many different options, you can set up a healthy diet, also when you eat, eat slowly, taste your food, don't eat fast, because your stomach sends a signal to the brain saying your full but that signal takes about 20 minutes, you can exercise and get a healthy diet, also cut down on soda if you drink some, 2 sodas every day ends up to be 15 pounds at the end of the year, hoped i helped you

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Hello. I'm sure you would like to lose weight, and not feel guilty about yourself. Being fat or big when your younger is normal, 'cos your still growing.To lose 13lbs requires you to be sensible about what you eat. To diet is to keep it going after you have reached desired weight.The best advice I can give you- is to cut out fats, butter(use margarine-low fat), white bread and crackers, cookies, candy, fat red meats. If you type -Diabetic recipes in on toolbar, you can find very wholesome recipes.Diabetics cannot eat foods mentioned.Oh! I forgot white sugar. You can eat good food, but not those mentioned. And you need to exercise. I find walking in water best9in swimming pool). Good luck!

do it the healthy way by losing no more than 1lb to 1 and a half lbs a week.. you can do it by cutting some of the fast food out of your diet or simply not eating as much a day but still dont starve yourself also eat several small meals throughout your day and dont save them all for dinner time.. good luck

30 minutes spinning at 6 o clock pm.........and a light dinner, an apple and 4 ounces of milk and a spoon of seeds of you preference. Measure what you eat during the day, my advice for you is to make a complete breakfast, a small lunch at 2 and an apple at 4.

Honey you don't need to focus on your weight.Your a kid.You should be having fun and not worrying about how much you weigh.Your friends are probably just jealous of you.
