You can find lots of products that can help your complexion. First, you can try facials from a drugstore. They usually have a specific purpose. Try one that helps tighten or moisturize.
Then, your daily skin regimen should have a good mild cleanser and a moisturizer that is right for your skin type. You can also try a pore minimizing gel.

I think it's fine for guys to wear makeup, specifically foundation and/or powder to help even out skin tone. Mascara and eye makeup I'm a little more wary of, unless that's your thing, in which case by all means go for it. A good lip balm is essential, regardless of your gender.

wash your face with a product that suits your face type eg. oily/dry/acne etc. some good brands are loriel or nivea young or tenosix. then you need to use a toner perferably same brand as your facial wash and then use a moisturizer same brand and needs to suit your skin type.

I personally think its fine if a boy wears a little bit of make up but only tinted moisture thats fine but not mascara or eye shadow or lip stick unless you are gay and what people to know that. It would look like you were if you wore them.
