I let a family member buy diet pills that contain Ephedra over the internet on my card. Now I'm extremely worried that i'm going to JAIL!!!!!! OMG IM SO SCARED RIGHT NOW. I live in connecticut PLEASE HELP ME!

It has to be low mg. It's not illegal unless it has a lot of mg.

Just work out, eat right, and drink TONS of water. You don't need pills. Besides Ephedra is illegal in most parts of the US since it's been known to cause heart attacks and strokes!

Its illegal to sell in the U.S but I dont think you will get busted for possession of epedra
