i dont believe in being a picky eater. its just an excuse to eat unhealthy food. everybody likes pizza, chips, icecream, cookies etc but you have to have self discipline and realize what is good for you and its not always the best tasting thing in the world.
i would want to eat icecream every day but i know its not good for my body and i have only one of them in this lifetime so i will eat that spinach salad with grilled chicken and learn to enjoy it.

if you dont want to give up the food, start taking vitamins everyday, but i would consider not eating so much fried food. And eating breakfast would be a good idea.
