if i burn 300 calories and have 1500 a day,can i say its l200 for the day?

Yes, as long as you are not double counting. The reason you have so many for a day is because your body needs to burn some just to exist.

what are you talking about???
your body burns 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day.
count calories consumed in total every day.
you dont have to count calories burned because believe me - there is no way you know it precisely - there are too many stats to take in consideration to figure that out.
